I generally love Sneha in a half saree. She's such a homely figure and fits the scene of a traditional girl, completely. However if you compare the following three pics of her in a half saree, on epicture stands out above the rest. Having your hair out with half saree is the worst accessory. Even half up, creates a more cohesive look.

A era gone by...

I just love this picture, even though I've never been a fan of MGR. And the reason I love it so much is the romance that is created by the heroine(not the HERO). Apart from the killing look, her attire, the humble dhavani has to be commended for this effect. How come we don't get printed dhavani's these days???? One more cuteness to the picture is the way the munthi of the dhavani is brought forward and inserted at the hips. REally defines her structure. Moreover thinking from a director's perspective adds grace to the particular angle she is standing in.

Kangal Irandaal

Kangalal Irandaal a song driving millions mad across the globe, and the success has to atleast partially go to the gorgeous Dhavani clad Swathi. She Brings us a sense of cuteness, youthness, and nostalgic memories of the days gone by donning the Dhavani. My particular facourite is the purple set above. Sweeps me of my feet.
