There are a lot of things I don't like about this paavadai thavani. Buth the worst has to be the paavadai. By intending to accentuate the body structure, the tailor has produced something that is not a paavaadai.

You need to have pleats in a pavadai. IT should not be soo tight, that it stretches horizontally as can be seen in the above picture. It just ruins the effect of the paavadai.

The thavani can be draped to accentuate curves. But the paavadai should not be so restricted. The more it flows, the more elegance you get. And I can't understand how this model was convenient in it.....
